Founding One-Page Website Plan

Service Agreement

Version 1.2 · Effective July 2026. Prior versions are archived and available on request.

This Agreement is between Pittsburgh IT, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “Pittsburgh IT”), reachable at [email protected] and , and the business that signs up for the Founding One-Page Website Plan (“you” or “the Client”). This plan is purchased for business use — not for personal, family, or household purposes. The Agreement is written in plain English on purpose — it says what we do, what it costs, and who owns what. No surprises.

1. The plan at a glance

What you getA custom one-page website, designed and built for your business, plus everything in the Website Care Plan below.
Build cost$0 up front — the standard $999 build fee is waived for founding clients.
Monthly price$99/month, starting the day you sign up.
Commitment12 monthly payments of $99 over a 12-month term ($1,188 total). Billed monthly for your convenience — like an annual software license paid month by month.
After 12 paymentsThe website is yours, outright. Stay on the Care Plan month-to-month, or take your site with you — your choice.
Your domainWe register it, set it up, and pay for it — no extra cost. The domain becomes yours, along with the site, once your 12-month plan is paid in full. Already own a domain? It stays yours; we’ll simply point it at your new site.
What we need from youYour basic business information and a card for monthly autopay. We handle everything else.

2. How this Agreement is accepted

No signature is required. You accept this Agreement by checking the “I agree to the Founding One-Page Website Plan Agreement” box when you sign up. Each monthly payment reaffirms your acceptance of the version of this Agreement that governs your current term.

This Agreement is published at pgh-it.com/terms/founding-one-page-website-plan, with its version number and effective date at the top. If we update it, changes apply to new signups and, for existing clients, only from your next renewal term forward — never retroactively during a term you’ve already committed to. Prior versions are archived and available on request.

3. What we build

We design and build a custom one-page website for your business. It includes the sections a small business needs — your services, service area, photos, reviews or testimonials you provide, hours, and a contact section with click-to-call and a working contact form — built mobile-first, with hosting, HTTPS, and search-engine basics configured.

4. The Website Care Plan

Every site we build runs on the $150/mo Website Care Plan — founding clients get it at the $99/mo founding rate for their entire 12-month term. It keeps your site fast, secure, and current:

5. Your domain

As part of the plan, we register a domain for your business and manage it in our registrar account, so you never have to touch DNS settings or renewal notices. A domain we register under this plan is part of the package you’re acquiring: like the website, it is Pittsburgh IT’s property during the term and becomes yours once your 12-month commitment is paid in full (whether by twelve monthly payments, early payoff, or settlement of your account). That transfer of ownership is automatic and guaranteed — this section is your assurance in writing that your domain is never held hostage.

Once the domain is yours and you want it moved to your own account or another provider, we’ll initiate the transfer within 10 business days of receiving both your written request and the one-time $100 administrative fee, which is payable in advance. Transfers are subject to registry rules — for example, registries prohibit transferring any domain during the first 60 days after registration.

If you already own a domain, it remains yours at all times — the vesting rule above applies only to domains we register under this plan. We’ll point your existing domain at your new site and can manage its DNS for you at no extra cost while your plan is active.

6. Term, payment, and your commitment

This plan is a 12-month commitment: 12 monthly payments of $99 ($1,188 total), charged automatically on the same day each month. Under it, you’re acquiring your website for the price of those twelve payments — the same way an annual software subscription is billed monthly. A missed payment doesn’t stretch the schedule — Section 8 applies. There is no cancellation mid-term for convenience; the commitment is the deal that makes the $0-down build possible.

Prices are exclusive of any applicable sales or similar taxes, which are your responsibility if they apply.

7. Who owns what

8. If a payment fails

Most failed payments are an expired card, not a problem — so nothing drastic happens right away:

9. After the first year

Once your 12-month term ends with all 12 payments made, the Care Plan continues month-to-month at the then-current rate, and you may cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice (email is fine). We may adjust the monthly rate after the initial term with at least 30 days’ notice. If you cancel, we’ll provide your site files and initiate your domain transfer per Section 5.

10. What this plan doesn’t include

To keep the plan simple and the price honest, the following are separate services, quoted on request: additional pages (our Business package), Google Business Profile setup and management, social media management, ongoing SEO campaigns, paid advertising, e-commerce or online booking systems, email hosting (e.g., Microsoft 365), and copywriting beyond the one-page build.

11. Your responsibilities

You agree to: (a) provide accurate business information and keep us reasonably informed of changes; (b) only provide content you have the right to use — photos, logos, text, and reviews; (c) use the site and services lawfully; and (d) maintain a working payment method during the term. You’re responsible for the accuracy of claims about your own business (licensing, insurance, certifications, pricing) that you ask us to publish.

If you materially breach this Agreement and don’t fix it within 15 days of our written notice, we may suspend or terminate the plan; in that case the remaining balance of your 12-month commitment becomes due, the same as in Section 8.

12. Service standards and disclaimer

We’ll perform all services in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. If something we did doesn’t meet that standard, tell us within 30 days and we’ll redo it at no charge — that’s your remedy and our promise. Beyond that, the services are provided “as is”: we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, search-engine rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.

And this cuts both ways: if we materially fail to provide the services described in this Agreement and don’t fix it within 30 days of your written notice, you may terminate this Agreement and owe nothing further from that point forward.

13. Liability limits

Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Each party’s total liability under this Agreement is capped at the fees you paid us in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits don’t apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, your obligation to pay fees, or anything that can’t be limited under law. Both of us agree these limits are a fair allocation of risk that makes this pricing possible.
